Billing/Account Log In Help
To log into the online portal, you will need your account number and your pin number. Your account number and pin number are found in the welcome email that was sent to the email address that you provided in your application for services. It can also be found on your monthly utility bill.
To log in, enter your account number in the appropriate boxes. Your account number is split into three parts: your route number, service address id, and resident number. The first 3 digits is your route number, the next 7 digits is your service address id, and the last 3 is your resident number.
After entering your account number, you will need to enter your 8-digit pin number. If your account is setup for auto draft, then you will need to enter a password instead of your 8-digit pin number. You can then click submit.
If you are having difficulty finding your account number, pin number, or password, then please contact the Utility Billing Department at 941-648-3290.
The water deposit is a $150 charge that is required within 5-days of receiving your email notification that your new utility services account has been created. This deposit is required and will be utilized to pay for any damages to the meter or to cover any remaining costs associated with your final bill.
Upon vacating the address and closing your account, the deposit will be refunded. However, prior to receiving the refund, the deposit will first be applied to any remaining balance on your account. After the deposit has been applied, the Town will refund your deposit to the address provided in your services disconnection form. This deposit can take up to 2-3 weeks to be processed and mailed to the requested address.
If you have forgotten your password for the online portal, then please utilize the forgot password option found on the landing page for the online portal. You can do so at this link. Once you have submitted a request for a new password, you will receive an email with a temporary password that you can use to log into the account. Please note that this email may be sent to your spam or junk folder.
If you do not receive this email, please contact the Utility Billing Department for assistance at 940-648-3290.
