Start A New Service - Residents
Welcome to the Town of Northlake!
We are excited to have you become part of the Northlake Community! New Northlake residents can sign up for water, sewer, trash and recycling services utilizing the step-by-step guide provided below to submit an application.
A $150.00 refundable water deposit is required within 5-days of receiving your confirmation email in order for services to start. Failure to pay the deposit may result in a penalty and delays in starting service. Instructions on how to pay the water deposit will be included in a confirmation email from the Utility Billing Department. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders for the confirmation email.
Receiving and processing your application can take up to two business days. Once your application is processed, you will login into your account using your unique account number and PIN to pay your water deposit.

Starting New Services: A Step-by-Step Guide
|1. Go to www.2turniton.com and enter your new services address information, select residential, and then click Get Started.|
If you are unable to find your address in the system, then you will need to certify your address in order to continue. To do so, enter your address, city, and zip code and then select the option "click here to certify the address is correct" as shown in the image below.
2. Click on details next to the Town of Northlake residential water/sewer/waste section.
3. Next, review any of the provided information found on the following page. After reviewing the information, click Add to Cart.
4. Click on Cart.
5. Click on Proceed to Checkout.
6. Fill out any additional required information and submit the application.
7. An email from 2Turniton will be sent to the provided email address to confirm that you application has been submitted.
Please allow 1-2 business days for the Town of Northlake to process your application. Once the application has been processed, you will receive an email from the Town of Northlake Utility Billing Department with instructions for logging into your account and paying the $150.00 Water Deposit. Please note that this deposit is due within 5 days of receiving your confirmation email.
