Please complete the online application form to register as a contractor in the Town of Northlake. Registration is required for the contractor-types listed on our online form.
Steps After Completing the Application
After completing the application form, the following information must also be submitted for this application to be considered. All information must be current:
Copy of applicable state issued trade license
Copy of driver’s licenses of individual being registered and all individuals listed as authorized to pull permits
Copy of gauge calibration (backflow testers only)
There is NOT a fee for registration.
Submitting Additional Application Information
The additional application information may be submitted via mail, in person, email (lhutchings@town.northlake.tx.us).
Registration
Registration is good for one year from the date of registration and may be renewed annually. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that the registration is renewed.
