NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Northlake Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at a meeting to begin at 6:30 pm at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake Texas. The purpose of this hearing is to hear comments for or against the Development Agreement between Sandstrom Development Tx, LTD and Town of Northlake, Texas on approximately 34.03 acres of land in the Patrick Rock Survey, Abstract No. 1063, Denton County, Texas for a 31 single-family residential development known as Hawthorne Estates.
