[ARCHIVED] Northlake Town Hall Closed

In the continued effort to protect residents, customers and employees from COVID-19, Northlake Town Hall will be closed to the public until further notice. Essential Town functions will continue.

Essential Town staff will continue working from Town Hall, and can be reached via phone at (940) 648-3290 and email at info@town.northlake.tx.us. The Town encourages customers to take advantage of online services during this time.

Staff within the police and public works departments will continue to provide services to the public with strict protective measures in place. The lobby area within the police and public works buildings will remain closed until further notice.

Customers may access a dropbox for physical materials such as water bill payments, water service applications and permit applications at Town Hall, through the first set of doors and directly to the right. The Town encourages anyone who chooses to utilize the dropbox to practice good hygiene and maintain a distance of six feet between themselves and any other customers at all times.


Water service and Utility Billing

New and existing water customers may apply for new service, pay their bill, transfer service or stop service online at https://www.town.northlake.tx.us/186/Utility-Billing. For questions on how to complete a utility billing function, please email utilitybilling@town.northlake.tx.us or call (940) 648-3290 and select Option 3.

Permitting and development services

Anyone wishing to submit a permit application may do so electronically via email to lhutchings@town.northlake.tx.us. Payment may be submitted via the dropbox at Town Hall.


Non-emergency police reports

The Northlake Police Department offers an online reporting system for all non-emergency situations. Click here to make an online report.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
