[ARCHIVED] COVID-19: Alternate Bill Pay Options

While there no confirmed cases of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in Northlake, we are committed to doing our part to reduce the spread of the virus in our community. The Town of Northlake is encouraging residents to limit visits to Town Hall by completing utility bill payment and water service applications online.

How can I pay my bill?

There are two easy ways to pay your bill without visiting the utility billing window at Town Hall:

1. Register for online bill payment at https://payments.town.northlake.tx.us/stw_php/stwub/ubtipact.php

  • Or visit: www.town.northlake.tx.us > Water Bill
  • Or visit: www.town.northlake.tx.us > Government > Utility Billing > Pay Your Water Bill)

2. Drop your payment in the dropbox located at Northlake Town Hall (through the first set of lobby doors, directly to the right)


How can I set up a new account?

If you’re new to Northlake and need to apply for water service, welcome! You can download a water service application here: https://www.town.northlake.tx.us/DocumentCenter/View/134/Water-Service-Application-Form-PDF?bidId= or visit www.town.northlake.tx.us > Government > Departments > Utility Billing > Start, Stop or Transfer Utility Service > Account Setup Form.

Print and complete the application, then return it with your deposit to the dropbox at Northlake Town Hall (1500 Commons Circle Ste. 300, Northlake, TX, 76226) (located through the first set of lobby doors, directly to the right). Concerned about water quality?

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), COVID-19 has not been detected in drinking water supplies. Based on current evidence, the risk to water supplies is low. Americans can continue to use and drink water from their tap as usual. For more information on drinking and waste water quality in regards to COVID-19, please visit the EPA website here: https://www.epa.gov/coronavirus/coronavirus-and-drinking-water-and-wastewater
