Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning & Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against proposed text amendments to revise Table 5.2 of Section 5.7, Permitted Use Table; Section 10.4, Schedule of Off-street Parking Requirements; and Section 14.1, Definitions, of the Unified Development Code (UDC) to update provisions for Vacation/Short-Term Rentals.
