Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against a site plan for Northlake Industrial Addition, a proposed industrial warehouse development on a 115.264-acre tract of land located east of IH 35W and west side of Cleveland-Gibbs Road at Whyte Road, and zoned Mixed-Use Planned Development (MPD). Warehousing/Distribution Center is listed as a permitted use with site plan approval in the MPD. The MPD requires that site plan applications be processed as a zoning application and meet all notice and public hearing requirements. Henry Northlake Development LLC is the owner. Trammell Crow Company is the applicant/developer. BGE, Inc. is the engineer.
