All interested persons may appear and be heard on the petition filed by the landowner pursuant to Local Government Code, Section 43.0671 requesting annexation of approximately 6.533 acres of land located on the north side of FM 407 approximately 1,200 feet west of Thompson Road contiguous to the current town limits of Northlake, Texas, in the Town’s exclusive extraterritorial jurisdiction.
