Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning & Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against proposed text amendments to replace references of Town Administrator with Town Manager, and to revise Section 3.4, Board of Adjustment, of Article 3, Boards and Commissions, of the Unified Development Code (UDC) to provide that board members shall have two year terms and to clarify notice requirements for Board of Adjustment hearings.
