Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Northlake Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, and before the Northlake Town Council on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments for or against a site plan of the Northlake Industrial Addition, a proposed industrial development with two buildings totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet on a 115.264-acre tract of land to be platted as Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block A, Northlake Industrial Addition, generally located on the east of IH 35W and approximately 1,800 feet west of Cleveland-Gibbs Road at the intersection of Whyte Road, and zoned Mixed-Use Planned Development (MPD).  Per the MPD, the site plan shall be processed as a zoning application and upon approval the site plan shall be considered an exhibit of the MPD ordinance.  Henry Northlake Development LLC is the owner. Trammell Crow Company is the developer. BGE, Inc. is the applicant/engineer.  Case # SP-22-013.
