Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Northlake Town Council at a meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas, where all interested persons may appear and be heard on the petition filed by the landowner pursuant to Local Government Code, Section 43.0671 requesting annexation of approximately 10.963 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Chadwick Parkway and Cleveland-Gibbs Road contiguous to the current town limits of Northlake, Texas, in the Town’s exclusive extraterritorial jurisdiction.
