On Monday, December 27th at 5:00 p.m., the Town of Northlake Utility Billing Software will be undergoing maintenance. During this time, customers will be unable to make payments online. Town staff will also be unable to access the software to update account information or record payments. The Utility Billing department will be available to answer general questions but will be unable to process any changes to accounts. The maintenance will be complete by Friday, December 31st, at 5:00 p.m. You will be able to resume making payments and account inquiries through our online system at that time.
