Notice is hereby given that the Northlake Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of this hearing is to hear comments for or against annexation (230-acre tract) and establishing zoning of I – Industrial for an approximately 249-acre tract (including the newly annexed area) in the H. Anderson Survey, Abstract No. 25, the Harmonson & Waters Survey, Abstract No. 642, the Wm. Murry Survey, Abstract No. 890, and the S.E. Park Survey, Abstract No. 1005, generally located at the northeast corner of Victory Circle and Harmonson Road and extending east to IH 35W. Northlake 35 LLC is the owner/applicant. Case # ANX-20-003 & Z-20-003.

The purpose of this hearing is to hear comments for or against annexation and establishing zoning of I – Industrial for an approximately 124-acre tract in the H. Anderson Survey, Abstract No. 25, and the A.M. Gaultney Survey, Abstract No. 500, generally located at the northwest corner of Victory Circle and Harmonson Road. Scannell Properties #444, LLC is the owner/applicant. Case # ANX-20-002 & Z-20-004.

Notice is hereby given that the Northlake Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 14, 2020, at a meeting to begin at 5:30 pm at Northlake Town Hall, 1500 Commons Circle Suite 300, Northlake, Texas. The purpose of this hearing is to hear comments for or against proposed text amendments to the Unified Development Code (UDC) to change the minimum lot width for the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district, to provide for a plat variance, and to amend outdoor lighting regulations.
